What you have to carry
Your baggage is approximately 20 to 25 kilograms a person of porter. The duffle baggage is carrying by porter and your personal important things will carry by yourself and your porter duffle bag is not available to you during the day. Your day pack should contain all that you need during the day. Accommodation in Kathmandu is on a twin share basic with private facilities. In trekking Accommodation is in local tea house and is of basic of normal standard. Twin rooms or multi share with basic shared toilet facility. Hot shower are available in some places but they will charge directly to clients when they ask for hot shower if you wish to booked tinted or camping trekking instead of tea house, we will provide two men tent for two people to share the accommodation on tent camp.

There are no specific health requirements for travel into Nepal. AMS (acute mountain sickness is a serious issue It is the result of the failure of the body to adopt to high altitude and can affect anyone regardless of age or fitness. It is usually occurring above 1800 metres like hood of being affected increases as you ascend the way to reduce the effect of altitude is to ascend slowly 300m per day above 3000m until you have acclimatization. Poor acclimatization result will be headache, nausea, sleeplessness, difficulty to breathing and swelling of figures and glands. Only the cure of AMS is to descend to lower altitude and your guides decisions on the matter is final. When you are planning to trek above 3000m. we recommended not walk to faster. If you will get altitude sickness please consult with your guide to go down at least 300- 500 m. at least to recover.
Multiplan visa are available on arrival at Kathmandu airport and all lands border except the citizens of Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, and Palestine, Afghanistan.
